How to get started:

Pick a start and stop time for your Hearth & Home fundraising program.
Keep in mind that your order will ship in 2-4 weeks after we receive it, so be sure to have an established cutoff date.
Fax, Mail or Submit online the Hearth & Home Fundraising Set up/Tax Information sheet.
We will mail everything that you need for your fundraising program to you prior to your start date.
Be sure to send a copy of your tax exempt certificate if your organization is tax exempt.

Requirements:

We will need your Federal Tax ID Number
A copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate must be mailed or faxed to us along with your Setup & Tax Information sheet so we can invoice your tax-free order if your organization is tax exempt.
Orders should be sent in as soon as possible once you have completed your fundraiser to ensure prompt delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for shipping from the date we receive your order and payment.
Payment is due in full with submission of your fundraiser order.

If you do not have a dock available for your delivery, add $150.00 for a lift gate.

Sample Kit Available:

A fundraising sample kit is available for purchase ($50.00). See order form at bottom of Setup & Tax Information sheet
Your Sample kit will include one item from most categories (colors/fragrances chosen at random).
Your sample kit will provide you with product knowledge, use samples for incentives after you fundraiser, raffle your samples for higher profits or use them for gifts!
