Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the ship date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line on returned items, and Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Goods herein being purchased are not to be used for re-sale unless otherwise authorized in writing by Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
All orders will be shipped via your choice of FedEx or USPS (orders will be shipped via USPS to APO and PO addresses) within the 48 continental states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary, but will be disclosed before you authorize payment. Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line offers a 10 day return policy on damaged items.
Please call 888-444-CAKE ext. 411, or click here to e-mail us to obtain product return instructions before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling: name, order number, nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line within 10 days from the ship date, at Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line within 10 days from the ship date, at Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Hearth & Home Traditions LTD® On-Line reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, website pricing display and calculation errors or other extenuating circumstances. You will be notified of any errors affecting your purchase before your order ships.
